Teaching English Human Anatomy in a Spanish Primary School
Looking for resources to teach human anatomy (internal body parts) in English to third grade—and maybe even fourth and fifth grade—students? While serving as an auxiliar de conversación (English language teaching assistant), I taught the English internal body parts to third grade students in a Spanish primary school, and I have some great games, songs, activities, and lesson plans to share with you!
The resources below are focused on body systems (respiratory, digestive, circulatory, and excretory systems), human anatomy, and internal body parts. If you’re looking for resources and lesson plans for EXTERNAL parts of the body in English, check out my post, Teaching English Parts of the Body in a Spanish Primary School.
